Japan Box Terms and Conditions

• This service is available from certain areas within New South Wales and Victoria only
• The service charges apply to destinations on mainland Japan.  A surcharge will apply for delivery to destinations on isolated Japanese islands
• When sending shipments in your suitcase, the total weight of the shipment should be equal to or less than 20 kilos to qualify for the "Suitcase" rate.  Where the total weight exceeds 20 kilos, please call the OCS Japan Desk to make special arrangements for overweight shipments
• When sending shipments in a Japan Box, if the total weight of your shipment exceeds the maximum weight for that box, a surcharge of $6.00 per kilo will apply
• The advertised rates do not include import duties or taxes that may apply
• Estimated transit time is 4 to 7 working days
• When paying by credit card, a 4% surcharge will apply
• Under some circumstances, import duties and taxes may apply to unaccompanied luggage
• OCS drivers pickup and deliver OCS Japan boxes on weekdays only
• The delivery of OCS Japan Boxes may be delayed by the customs clearance process
