In 1957 a consortium of Japanese newspaper publishers formulated the concept of a worldwide network for the speedy delivery of their publications, and Overseas Courier Service - OCS was born. Over the following years OCS made agency arrangements in many countries, with Australia beginning operations in 1985.
Since 1957, OCS specialises in worldwide speed delivery and customised distribution of packages or freight of all sizes and description. OCS import/export expertise, combined with an enormous network of some 250 overseas stations and substations, offers a door-to-door delivery coverage that could add a whole new dimension to your distribution or marketing projects. This OCS "net" links every business capital, on every continent, capable of delivering to 200 countries.

September 1957	Founded in Tokyo as the sole international transporter of newspapers with the support of Asahi, Mainichi, Yomiuri and Nikkei.
September 1959	Osaka Main Office is opened.
July 1967	Nagoya Office (renamed as Nagoya Branch in September, 1994) is opened.
